OlympiPro ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the OlympiPro mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — your name, username, and email address when you create an account
• Fitness and health data — workouts, nutrition logs, habit tracking data, progress records, and personal records you enter into the app
• Profile information — age, fitness goals, and preferences you provide during onboarding
• Device information — a unique device identifier used to sync your data across sessions
• Usage data — how you interact with app features, for the purpose of improving the service
• Payment information — subscription status managed through Apple's App Store (we do not store payment card details)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the OlympiPro service
• Sync your fitness data across your devices
• Generate AI-powered workout and nutrition recommendations personalized to you
• Send you account-related emails such as password resets and service notifications
• Process and manage your subscription
• Respond to your support requests

3. Third-Party Services

• OpenAI — powers AI workout generation and meal suggestions. View OpenAI Privacy Policy

• Resend — used to send transactional emails such as password resets
• Railway — our backend infrastructure and database hosting provider

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Railway. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account through the app, all of your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Your Rights

• Access your data — you can view all data stored in your account within the app
• Delete your account and data — Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app
• Export your data — Pro tier subscribers can export their data from within the app
• Correct your information — you can update your profile information at any time within the app

7. Children's Privacy

OlympiPro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications to remind you of workouts, habits, and goals. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
